We're a family-owned business, which means the people quoting your job are the people on your ladder. Theo and Andrew take pride in the prep work — masking, scraping, filling, sanding, treating — because that's where a clean, lasting finish actually comes from.

We meet you on site, scope the work, talk about colours and timing, and write a clear free quote you can actually compare.
02Preparation
90% of the finish.
Scraping, stripping, rust treatment, filling minor rot, gib repairs, pressure-washing. The careful, unglamorous bit that makes the topcoat last.
03Painting
Acrylic, water-based, oil.
The right system for the substrate. Cut lines you can sight down a hallway, even film build, full coverage — interior or exterior.
04Tidy hand-off
Clean site, every day.
Drop-sheets up, furniture back, sashes running smoothly, paint touched up where needed. We leave you with the result you signed off on.

Villa Window Repairs & Maintenance
Specialists in double-hung sash and casement windows — the kind you find in Auckland villas, bungalows and older cottages. When we lift a sash for cord work, we go further: full scrape, sand and repaint of the surfaces nobody else gets to.
